Job summary

NE Property Management is seeking a Groundskeeper at Residences at Panther Hollow in Marble Falls, TX. This full-time role supports lawn care, landscape maintenance, and general property upkeep in a fast-paced multi-family setting.

You will work with the onsite maintenance team to keep common areas pristine, respond to routine service requests, and help ensure safety and curb appeal across the community.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform groundskeeping and basic maintenance tasks.
• Experience with outdoor property upkeep and safety procedures.
• Strong communication and teamwork to coordinate with staff.

Responsibilities

• Walk property to remove litter and debris from walkways and parking areas.
• Maintain pool decks, furniture, and common areas to keep them neat.
• Detail landscape beds and clear sidewalks from grass and debris.
• Assist with routine service requests and minor repairs.
• Support painting, lighting replacement, and window/door adjustments.
• Follow safety protocols and wear PPE as required.
