Job summary

Panther Residential Management is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain cleanliness and curb appeal across our community. You will ensure grounds, amenities, and vacant exteriors are clean, safe, and well‑maintained, while assisting with light maintenance and apartment turns.

You will interact with residents and coworkers in a professional manner, follow safety policies, wear PPE as required, and help support seasonal projects and community events outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.

Responsibilities

• Walk the property daily to pick up litter and debris.
• Maintain sidewalks, parking areas, landscaped areas, and amenity spaces for curb appeal.
• Empty trash receptacles throughout the community.
• Assist in apartment turns with light cleaning and prep.
• Complete minor maintenance tasks and inspect common areas for safety.
