Responsibilities

• Maintain time periods for cleaning common areas, vacant apartments, grounds and general maintenance.
• Notify supervisor of completed work and readiness for inspection to meet standards.
• Maintain accurate records of time worked.
• Request supplies through supervisor/manager without overstocking.
• Report any defects to supervisor for repairs.
• Maintain high standards of resident relations.
• Perform duties as requested by supervisors.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
