Job summary

Drucker + Falk, LLC is seeking a Groundskeeper/Porter to keep the community clean and neat, including offices, models, clubhouse, lobbies, laundry room, and grounds. Duties emphasize safety and timely completion of tasks. Must operate in both indoor and outdoor conditions and handle physical tasks.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma or equivalent; 1–3 months related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily cleaning of common areas and vacant apartments.
• Policing of grounds and grounds maintenance.
• Notify supervisor when work is completed and ready for inspection.
• Maintain accurate records of time worked.
• Purchase of supplies through Maintenance Superintendent/Property Manager.
• Identify defects for repairs by supervisor.
• Maintain high standards of resident relations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
