Qualifications

• Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, maintenance, janitorial, or related experience preferred.

• Ability to operate landscaping equipment and power tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds, common areas, and exterior appearances; assist with pool area maintenance and seasonal prep.
• Operate landscaping equipment and perform debris removal, edging, mowing, and planting as needed.
