Job summary

StoneCreek Communities in Gainesville, FL is seeking a dedicated maintenance/custodial team member to help maintain the apartment community's appearance and safety. This role covers grounds, common areas, and occasional light maintenance tasks.

You will play a key part in delivering a clean, welcoming environment for residents. You must be reliable, have transportation, and be prepared to work on-site with a focus on safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in custodial including exterior grounds pickup and common area amenities.
• Experience in pool cleaning preferred; CPO certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently maintain the physical appearance of the apartment community.
• Walk the grounds and common areas removing litter and debris from grounds, parking areas, sidewalks, and amenities.
• Duties may include the use of a power washer and cleaning or vacuuming pool.
• Participate in other tasks and activities as assigned including some minor maintenance.
• Reliable transportation to and from work; maintain a high level of customer service.
