Job summary

StoneCreek Communities is seeking a custodial team member for our Gainesville, FL community. The role focuses on maintaining curb appeal, cleaning common areas, and supporting pool and amenity upkeep.

Qualifications

• Experience in custodial including exterior grounds pickup and common area amenities.
• Experience in pool cleaning preferred.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently maintain the physical appearance of the apartment community.
• Walk the grounds and common areas removing litter and debris.
• Perform cleaning tasks around pool and amenities; minor maintenance as needed.
• Participate in other assigned tasks; maintain reliable transportation.
• Deliver high level of customer service with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Walk the grounds and common areas removing litter and debris from grounds, parking areas, sidewalks, and amenities
• Duties may include the use of a power washer and cleaning or vacuuming pool
• Participate in other tasks and activities as assigned including some minor maintenance
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Maintain a high level of customer service
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic

Qualifications: Requirements:

• Experience in custodial including exterior grounds pickup and common area amenities, apartment community experience
• Experience in pool cleaning preferred
• CPO preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to regularly walk, stand, bend, stoop, kneel, climb stairs, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift and carry materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate maintenance equipment.
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks for extended periods.
