Qualifications

• Interior/exterior building cleanliness experience preferred.
• Trash removal and care of maintenance equipment experience is a plus.
• Full-time availability required.

Responsibilities

• Clean interior and exterior areas of the building.
• Remove trash and operate trash compactor.
• Assist in preparing vacant units for occupancy.
• Clean common areas of the property.
• Care for property maintenance equipment.
• Work under supervision of General Manager or Maintenance Supervisor.
