Qualifications

• Experience in apartment groundskeeping or landscaping preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with seasonal landscaping and outdoor projects.
• Remove debris and maintain dumpster areas.
• Perform basic grounds and exterior maintenance.
• Report safety hazards, property damage, or maintenance concerns.
• Assist the maintenance team with general tasks as needed.
