Job summary

StoneCreek Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician to address resident work orders, handle basic maintenance tasks, and maintain common areas at our property. The role emphasizes timely service, safety, and quality workmanship in a multi-family setting.

The ideal candidate will have EPA certification (universal or Type I/II), possibly CPO certification, and at least one year of maintenance experience, including pool care.

Qualifications

• EPA Certification (Universal or Type I & II) required.
• CPO preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of multi-family maintenance experience with pool knowledge.
• Sign-on bonus: $1,000 ($500 on first payroll, $500 after 90 days)

Responsibilities

• Complete resident work orders promptly.
• Complete all make-readies consistent with company standards in a timely, professional manner.
• Efficiently maintain cleanliness of grounds and common areas
