Job summary

Westdale Asset Management is seeking a reliable property maintenance staff member in New York to patrol grounds, keep common areas clean, and perform light repairs under supervision. This hourly, non-exempt role requires weekend work and a commitment to safety and teamwork.

The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a base rate of $18.00 per hour, with monthly renewal bonuses in addition to base pay.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work weekends.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member.

Responsibilities

• Walking the property grounds and common areas.
• Picking up trash and debris.
• Performing minor repair and maintenance duties using tools and cleaning supplies.
• Performing any additional duties assigned by the Community Manager, Service Supervisor, and/or Assistant Community Manager.

Work Days: Saturday – Tuesday, Thursday
Work Hours: M, T, Th 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Sat 10:00 am - 5:00 pm, Sun 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm
