Job summary

Envolve Community Management is seeking a part-time Groundskeeper/Porter for Middlebrook Trace Apartments in Staunton, Virginia. This role covers grounds maintenance, basic upkeep of buildings, and on-call support, totaling about 25 hours per week.

The position offers hourly pay up to $15 and requires a high school diploma or GED (or equivalent), general maintenance experience, reliable transportation, and a willingness to work in a team while following safety policies.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cleans grounds and removes litter.
• Upkeep of property buildings and grounds including cleaning and trash removal.
• Care, maintenance and inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents.
• Provide courteous, efficient response at all times.
• Operate within OSHA standards and company safety policies.
• Be familiar with management and property policies.
• Available to work on an on-call basis.
• Assist with make readies.
• Assist with basic maintenance tasks.

Currently, Envolve is searching for a part time Groundskeeper/Porter to work at Middlebrook Trace Apartments, 25 hours per week.

Hourly pay rate - up to $15 per hour

Some duties are below but may not be all inclusive:

• Cleans grounds and removes litter.
• Responsible for the daily upkeep of the property buildings and grounds which includes cleaning and removing of trash.
• Responsible for the care, maintenance and inventory of all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company.
• Responsible for reporting unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents.
• Responsible for courteous, efficient response at all times.
• Be aware of and operate within OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) standards and company safety policies at all times.
• Responsible for thorough knowledge of management company policies and property policies.
• Responsible to be available to work on an on-call basis.
• Responsible for assisting with make readies.
• Assisting with basic maintenance tasks
