Job summary

Envolve Realty Company is seeking a Groundskeeper at Fountain View Apartments in Florida. The role focuses on daily exterior maintenance to preserve curb appeal and safety while supporting leasing initiatives and resident assistance.

The position requires a high school diploma, 2+ years of grounds experience (multifamily preferred), and a commitment to excellent customer service and teamwork. Competitive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work well with others and take direction, while also working independently.

Responsibilities

• Clean grounds daily to maintain exterior curb appeal.
• Report any exterior damage or concerns to the Property Manager.
• Assist with light maintenance on the exterior as needed.
• Assist office staff with special leasing programs involving the exterior of the property.
• Assist residents with special needs.
• Demonstrate ability to resolve exterior property problems for the community.
• Help create and maintain a company direction designed to develop loyalty, team spirit and unity of all personnel.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

We are currently searching for Groundskeeper applicants at our Fountain View Apartments location.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• 1. Clean grounds on a continuous, daily basis.
• 2. Responsible for the exterior curb appeal and cleanliness.
• 3. Report any physical damage or concerns about the exterior to the Property Manager.
• 4. Light maintenance improvements as necessary to physical exterior.
• 5. Assist office staff with special leasing programs involving the exterior of the property.
• 6. Assist residents with special needs.
• 7. Demonstrate ability to resolve physical problems for the community good.
• 8. Help create and maintain at all times a company direction designed to develop loyalty, team spirit and unity of all LEDIC Management Group personnel.
• 9. Other duties as assigned, which employee is capable of performing.

Education and Work Experience Requirements

• High School Diploma / GED
• 2+ years of grounds experience preferred
• Multifamily experience preferred

Pay Rate: $17.00- $18.00
