Job summary

Westdale Asset Management, LLC in Dallas (Knox District on McKinney Ave) is seeking a groundskeeper for our 182-unit luxury mid-rise community. You will maintain the property grounds and common areas, walk the grounds, pick up debris, and assist with minor repairs.

Responsibilities

• Walking the property grounds and common areas.

• Performing any additional duties assigned by the Community Manager, Service Supervisor, and/or Assistant Community Manager.

We are seeking a groundskeeper for our182-unit luxury mid-riseapartment community in the exciting Knox District of Dallas on McKinney Avenue!Our Groundskeeper is responsible for the general upkeep of the property grounds and common areas. If you enjoy working outside and have an eye for detail, we would love to meet you!
