Job summary

Vintage Realty Company is seeking a Groundskeeper at Belle Savanne Class A Apartment Community in Lake Charles, LA. The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the appearance of the grounds, pool, and clubhouse for the community.

This full-time, non-exempt role requires dependable, regular performance of cleaning, make-ready tasks, and maintaining orderly storage areas while adhering to Fair Housing and OSHA standards. A team-oriented approach is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous groundskeeping experience preferred.
• Customer service oriented and communicative.
• Able to perform light to moderate manual labor.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a clean appearance of the grounds, clubhouse, office & common areas
• Assist with the cleaning of the on-site model apartment
• Assist with keeping parts and storage areas organized and secured
• Participate in the apartment make ready process as needed
• Operate in accordance with Federal Fair Housing guidelines
• Abide by OSHA standards
• Additional duties as assigned
