MMS Group is seeking an experienced part-time Groundskeeper for a 120-unit residential property in Lake Charles, LA. You will maintain interior and exterior areas to preserve curb appeal and cleanliness, supporting a team of professionals.

Responsibilities include daily cleaning of common areas, reporting safety concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor, and assisting with exterior grounds tasks. Strong independence and safety focus are essential.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning: Daily cleaning of all common areas; dust, sweep, wet mop, vacuum, and empty garbage
• Reporting: Report notable concerns to Maintenance Supervisor
• Trash removal: Daily removes and discards litter and debris from interior common areas and assists with exterior grounds maintenance
• Additional Duties: Perform other duties as outlined in the job description.
