Job summary

Vintage Realty Company in Lake Charles, LA seeks a Groundskeeper for Belle Savanne Class A community. You will maintain grounds, pool, and clubhouse exterior to keep the property clean and inviting.

This is a full-time, non-exempt role requiring physical work, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a customer-service oriented approach. Training and benefits provided; background check and eligibility to work in the United States required.

Qualifications

• Physical ability to perform manual labor including lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Prior groundskeeping or custodial experience preferred.
• Customer service orientation and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the appearance of the grounds, pool, and clubhouse.
• Assist with cleaning of the on-site model apartment.
• Keep parts and storage areas organized and secured.
• Participate in the apartment make-ready process as needed.
• Operate in accordance with Federal Fair Housing guidelines.

Vintage Realty Company is seeking a Groundskeeper at Belle Savanne Class A Apartment Community in Lake Charles, LA. The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the appearance of the grounds, pool, and clubhouse for the community. This position is full time, non-exempt (hourly/non-exempt).Responsibilities/Skills/Duties:· Maintains a clean appearance of the grounds, clubhouse, office & common areas· Assist with the cleaning of the on-site model apartment· Assist with keeping the parts and storage areas organized and secured· Participate in the apartment make ready process as needed· Operate in accordance with Federal Fair Housing guidelines· Abide by OSHA standards· Additional duties as assignedQualifications/Experience Requirements:· Ability to light manual labor and duties included above· Previous Groundskeeping experience preferred· Customer service oriented· Strong interpersonal and communication skillsQualifications/Experience Requirements: The physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
