Responsibilities

• Inspects community to keep areas neat and litter-free.
• Cleans and maintains storage areas and vacant apartments pre-make-ready.
• Completes routine service requests and assists make-ready process.
• Changes locks and checks pool-area safety measures.
• Distributes notices to residents as needed.
• Reports hazards to supervisors promptly.
• Treats residents with respect and handles complaints professionally.
• Attends safety meetings and follows OSHA requirements.
