Qualifications

• High School or GED equivalent.
• One year of maintenance, repair, or HVAC experience is preferred but not required.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exterior areas and sidewalks, landscaping, and common spaces to keep the property clean and welcoming.
• Assist with light landscaping tasks such as raking, weeding, trimming, and watering.
• Ensure trash receptacles and common areas are well-maintained and free of debris.
• Assist with preparation of vacant apartments with light cleaning as needed.
