Job summary

HeartLand, LLC is seeking a Groundskeeper to join our Maintenance team and assist the Account Manager and office staff in delivering world-class service to our residents. The role focuses on keeping the property in top condition with meticulous attention to detail.

Key tasks include landscape upkeep, leaf blowing, pruning, snow removal, and assisting on other maintenance projects. Candidates must lift 70 lbs, walk up to 10 miles daily, and work Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–4:00 PM with occasional

Qualifications

• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience in grounds or custodial maintenance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take pride in the property and keep it looking its best.
• Maintain landscape and exterior image of the property.
• Operate leaf blowers to remove debris from parking lots and curbs.
• Pruning, weeding, and removal of sticks and branches.
• Maintain flowerbeds, plants, and grass areas.
• Assist with snow removal.
• Provide world-class customer service to residents and address maintenance needs.
• Support maintenance staff on other projects as needed.
