Job summary

Hawthorne Residential Partners is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain exterior areas of our apartment communities in Millis, MA. This entry-level role focuses on cleanliness, upkeep, and supporting the maintenance team with landscaping and general tasks.

You will be responsible for debris removal, sidewalk and common area maintenance, and assisting with seasonal tasks while upholding a friendly, service-oriented approach to residents and staff.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Understanding and knowledge of yardwork and general facility maintenance.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough cleaning and upkeep of exterior areas, sidewalks, and parking spaces.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of pooled and outdoor amenities.
• Assist with light landscaping tasks such as raking, weeding, trimming, and watering.
• Support with light painting, bulb replacement, and inventory organization.
• Assist with seasonal tasks and coordination of tenant communications.

Education

High School or GED

One year of maintenance/repair/HVAC experience preferred
