Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Experience in yardwork and general facility maintenance preferred.
• HVAC experience helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cleaning and debris removal in exterior areas.
• Maintain sidewalks, breezeways, parking lots, green spaces, and signage.
• Keep trash receptacles and pet stations clean and free of debris.
• Assist with light landscaping tasks (raking, weeding, trimming, watering).
• Maintain cleanliness of outdoor amenities and pool deck areas.
• Assist with light painting and exterior touch-ups as needed.
• Replace exterior bulbs and keep storage areas organized.
• Assist with preparing vacant apartments with light cleaning.
• Distribute communications to residents and support seasonal tasks.
• Promote professional relations with residents and team.
