Hawthorne Residential Partners seeks a Groundskeeper to maintain the exterior areas of our High Point community. You will ensure clean sidewalks, trim landscaping, and keep common spaces welcoming for residents.

This entry‑level role offers hands‑on training, a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional on‑call duties, and growth opportunities within Hawthorne’s communities. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• One year of maintenance, repair, or HVAC experience preferred but not required.
• Valid Driver's License is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough cleaning of exterior areas, sidewalks, and signage.
• Maintain cleanliness of parking lots, green spaces, and pool deck areas.
• Assist with light landscaping tasks such as raking, weeding, trimming, and watering.
• Support with light painting, bulb replacement, and exterior touch‑ups.
• Promote professional relations with residents and team members; uphold our Live It culture.
