Job summary

Peak Living is seeking a qualified Groundskeeper to join our team. The role involves maintaining outdoor areas, performing trash-out duties, and ensuring safety and cleanliness across communities managed by Peak Living.

You will operate and maintain equipment, handle weather-related tasks, and support resident satisfaction. We offer a supportive work environment with community-based hours, potential weekend and after-hours availability, and a focus on high-quality property upkeep.

Qualifications

• Requires working knowledge of building maintenance.
• Able to work independently and learn quickly.
• Must communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Walk the property to remove litter and debris.
• Perform trash-out duties at vacated apartments.
• Notify manager of diseased or dead landscape plants.
• Check and replace exterior lighting regularly.
• Clean and maintain pool/spa as directed.
• Pressure wash sidewalks, driveways, and stairwells.
• Shovel snow and apply ice melt when needed.
• Distribute resident communications and assist residents.
