Job summary

Harbor Group Management is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain exterior areas and support the maintenance team. You will keep common spaces clean, assist with make-ready tasks, and help uphold curb appeal and safety standards for residents.

Qualified candidates have at least one year of groundskeeping experience, are comfortable using hand and power tools, and hold a valid driver's license. We offer competitive pay and benefits at a dynamic multifamily community.

Qualifications

• At least one year of groundskeeping, maintenance, or related experience preferred.
• Proficient in use of manual and power landscaping tools.
• Strong attention to detail and safety guidelines.
• Valid driver’s license required (for golf cart operation if applicable).
• Customer-service oriented with professional resident interaction.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and clean the property daily, maintaining all common areas and amenities.
• Remove trash from vacant units and assist with make-ready for new residents.
• Support maintenance with routine service requests and minor repairs.
• Assist landscaping, snow removal, sweeping, and salting as needed.
• Maintain inventory of landscaping tools and equipment in good condition.
• Distribute resident communications and notices as directed.
• Report hazards or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service and engage with residents.
• Participate in safety trainings and OSHA-compliant procedures.
