Job summary

Kittle Property Group, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Groundskeeper to maintain exterior areas and ensure a safe, clean environment. Responsibilities include trash removal, hallway cleaning, snow removal, and assisting with trash-outs of vacated units.

You will work outdoors year-round, follow basic instructions, and perform minor repairs as needed. A high school diploma or GED and little prior experience are acceptable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Less than 1 year of experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak and interpret basic instructions, simple correspondence and present information one-on-one or in small groups.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide by 10s & 100s.
• Ability to carry out detailed, but uninvolved written or oral instructions with common sense understanding.

Responsibilities

• Pick up trash on grounds.
• Clean out hallways.
• Snow removal.
• Trash-outs of vacated units including removal of debris, furniture, and appliances, painting and minor repair work.
• Other duties as assigned.
