Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Less than 1 year of experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak and interpret basic instructions and simple correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Pick up trash on grounds.
• Clean out hallways.
• Snow removal.
• Trash-outs of vacant units including removal of debris, furniture, and appliances, painting and minor repair work.
• Other duties as assigned.
