Goodwill Legacy Group in Indianapolis, IN conducts groundskeeping as part of the AbilityOne program in partnership with Goodwill and the federal government. This role supports healthy operations at local federal facilities and offers meaningful employment for individuals with disabilities.

The position involves maintaining lawns, shrubs, and landscapes, performing snow removal during winter, and coordinating with leadership on contract scope.

Responsabilidades

• Mows, cuts, and waters lawns.
• Prunes shrubs and trees; remove damaged leaves, branches, or twigs.
• Plants and cares for grass and flowers.
• Trims and edges around walks, beds, and walls.
• Removes weeds and applies pesticides/herbicides as needed.
• Rakes and disposes leaves and debris; cleans grounds.
• Clears drainage ditches and handles tools maintenance.
• Performs snow removal: salting, shoveling, snow blowing; may use tractors.
• Oversee/subcontractor activities to meet contract scope.
