Goodwill Legacy Group is seeking a Groundskeeper for a federal facilities program under the AbilityOne partnership. The role focuses on mowing, trimming, blowing, and snow removal while prioritizing safety for customers and staff.

You'll operate lawn care equipment, maintain landscape standards, communicate with leadership, and support subcontractors to meet contract scope. This full-time hourly position offers stable hours in Indianapolis.

Qualifications

• Experience in groundskeeping or lawn care preferred.
• Ability to perform heavy physical tasks and lift 25–50 lbs.
• Follows safety protocols and adheres to standards.
• Comfort with early morning shifts and snow removal.
