Goodwill Legacy Group seeks a dedicated Groundskeeper to maintain federal government facility landscapes, ensuring safe, clean, and attractive outdoor spaces. The role involves mowing, pruning, edging, and seasonal snow removal as part of a team supporting AbilityOne program initiatives.

You will operate standard landscaping equipment, follow safety protocols, and contribute to a respectful, inclusive work environment at a federally partnered site in Indianapolis.

Formación

• Physically capable of standing for long hours and lifting 25-50 pounds.
• Experience with landscaping equipment preferred.
• Ability to follow safety protocols.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsabilidades

• Mow, cut, and water lawns to maintain healthy growth.
• Prune shrubs and trees; trim edges around walks and beds.
• Plant and care for grass and flowers; remove weeds as needed.
• Sweep and edge beds; clean debris from grounds.
• Remove leaves and litter; maintain drainage ditches and culverts.
• Sharpen mower blades and edging tools; perform basic tool maintenance.
• Perform snow removal including salting, shoveling, and plowing when required.
