Job summary

Equity Lifestyle Properties in Broomfield, Colorado, is seeking a Groundskeeper/Entry Level Maintenance Technician to perform groundskeeping, light repairs, painting, and janitorial tasks across our community. You will work as part of a maintenance team to keep amenities clean, safe, and well maintained, reporting issues to management and participating in daily vendor scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license, driving record and auto insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate heavy equipment.
• Willing to be on call for emergencies after hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance duties including light appliance repairs, minor plumbing and carpentry, painting, groundskeeping and janitorial tasks.
• Maintain amenity spaces to ensure they are well maintained and working properly.
• Report maintenance concerns to management and perform repairs.
• Move heavy objects and drive maintenance trucks to various locations on the property.
• Monitor and control maintenance inventory and supplies.
