Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties in Broomfield, CO is seeking a Groundskeeper/Entry Level Maintenance Technician to join our community maintenance team. You will perform light appliance repairs, minor plumbing and carpentry, painting, groundskeeping and janitorial tasks to keep the property inviting and safe.

This role requires a valid driver's license, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a willingness to be on call after hours.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and current auto insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain amenity spaces and grounds.
• Perform light repairs and painting as needed.
• Keep property clean, safe and appealing; coordinate with management.
