You will complete routine service requests, assist with make-ready turnover, perform basic repairs, and follow Greystar safety policies.

The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
