Job summary

Pratum Co is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the exterior, landscaping, and common areas of the property. You will perform trash-outs, light maintenance, painting, and assist in preparing market-ready units, while upholding professional standards around residents and staff.

The role requires physical work on the property, ability to operate tools, and basic painting skills. The position is full-time with daytime hours and the potential for overtime and benefits as described in the company

Qualifications

• Groundskeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends.
• Basic painting skills required.
• Customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Keep premises of the office, building, and grounds clean and orderly.
• Light landscaping and trash-out duties at vacated apartments.
• Assist in preparation of market-ready units and clean common areas.
• Perform interior and exterior painting duties when requested.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor/Property Manager and/or perform assigned maintenance tasks.
• Support snow removal and safety compliance as applicable.
• Report maintenance concerns to supervisor.
