Pratum Companies is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the grounds, common areas, and exterior of our apartment communities. You will assist with cleaning, painting vacant units, light landscaping, and trash-outs to prepare market-ready homes.

This non-exempt, full-time role offers competitive pay starting at $18 per hour, with benefits available. You will work alongside the maintenance team and report to the Maintenance Supervisor, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for

Qualifications

• Grounds, amenities, dumpster area, and building exteriors must be meticulously maintained.
• Walk property regularly and remove litter, debris, and pet droppings.
• Ensure areas stay neat and litter-free, incl. pool area, laundry, mail rooms, and walkways.
• Operate and maintain grounds equipment safely; perform routine maintenance as requested.
• Knowledge of horticultural practices and proper tool use.

Responsabilités

• Keep premises clean and orderly.
• Assist in cleaning, turning, and painting vacant apartments.
• Light landscaping and maintain curb appeal.
• Assist with trash-out duties at vacated apartments daily.
• Report maintenance concerns to supervisor.
• Assist with make-ready duties and snow removal if applicable.
• Perform interior and exterior painting duties when requested.
