The Heritage is seeking a dependable Groundskeeper to support the overall appearance and cleanliness of one of our apartment communities in Summerville, SC. As a Groundskeeper, you will maintain outdoor areas, remove debris, and operate grounds equipment, while upholding a professional demeanor when interacting with residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Ability to maintain outdoor areas including lawns, walkways, and common grounds.
• Willingness to perform cleaning around dumpsters and dispose of loose items properly.
• Professional attitude when interacting with residents and team members.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all outdoor areas, including lawns, walkways, parking lots, pools, breezeways, and common grounds.
• Remove trash, debris, and clutter from all exterior spaces.
• Clean around dumpster enclosures and dispose of loose items properly.
• Notify the Property Manager or Maintenance Supervisor of any areas needing attention or repair.
• Assist with seasonal property needs, including pressure washing or minor exterior upkeep.
• Operate and maintain grounds equipment in an organized and responsible manner.
• Exhibit a professional attitude when interacting with residents and team members.
