Dominium is seeking a Groundskeeper for Aviara Flats, a 372-unit community in Phoenix, AZ. You will maintain outdoor areas, assist with common area cleaning, and use a digital device to manage work orders and inspections.

Responsibilities include trash removal, landscaping tasks, snow/ice removal, and adherence to Fair Housing laws. The role requires reliable attendance and professionalism in interactions with residents and staff.

Qualifications

• English communication skills required; ability to follow written and oral instructions.
• Ability to apply common sense to carry out detailed instructions and handle problems with a few variables in standardized situations.
• May require a valid driver’s license and ability to operate property vehicles and insurance requirements depend on the property.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds and exterior areas with trash removal, landscaping, and seasonal snow/ice duties.
• Clean common areas, fixtures, carpets, and laundry facilities; manage supplies and report needs.
