Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Groundskeeper for Aria Landings, a 320-unit apartment community in Fort Myers, FL. The role involves maintaining exterior areas, trash removal, landscaping, and keeping common areas clean while using digital tools to manage work orders and inspections.

The position requires clear English communication, the ability to follow instructions, and may require a valid driver's license to operate light vehicles on site.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate in English orally and understand written and oral instructions.
• Ability to follow written or oral instructions and solve problems with a few concrete variables.
• May require a valid driver's license and ability to operate a motor vehicle, mini-truck, USV/UTV and auto insurance depending on the property.

Responsibilities

• Walk the property daily to remove trash from Grounds: front and rear of buildings, breezeways, parking lots, playgrounds, and around dumpsters.
• Perform landscaping tasks: rake, mulch, weed, and water grounds; remove snow/ice per policy.
• Maintain common areas: empty trash, clean fixtures, carpets, laundry rooms, and replenish supplies.
• Use a digital device to manage work orders, inspections, and documentation; complete monthly inspections.
• Maintain a safe work environment and report hazards; comply with Fair Housing laws.
• Attend staff meetings and assist staff as needed; perform other duties as assigned.
