Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Groundskeeper for Aviara Flats in Phoenix, AZ. The role focuses on keeping the property clean, safe, and visually appealing, including exterior trash removal, landscaping tasks, and common area maintenance.

You will use a digital device to manage work orders and inspections, report hazards, and assist staff as needed. A valid driver’s license may be required, and the position is on-site at 7800 W Encanto Blvd, Phoenix.

Responsibilities

• Grounds and exterior maintenance: remove trash, clean around dumpsters, rake/mulch, weed, water as needed, and perform snow/ice removal per policy.
• Maintain common areas: empty trash, clean fixtures, carpets, and laundry rooms; replenish supplies.
• Use a digital device to review, update, and manage work orders daily; document tasks as work orders.
• Attend meetings and assist staff; maintain safety and report hazards; ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws.
