Qualifications

• Ability to communicate in English orally and understand written and oral instructions (essential).
• Ability to apply common sense to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
• May require a valid driver’s license and ability to operate small vehicles as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds and exterior areas, including trash removal, landscaping, and snow/ice removal per policy.
• Clean common areas, fixtures, carpets and replenish supplies in offices and amenities.
• Use digital device to review, update, and manage work orders daily.
