Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation and live within 30 miles of the property.
• Previous experience in groundskeeping, maintenance, or housekeeping is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and safety of interior and exterior areas.
• Care for plants, shrubs, and flowers.
• Assist with cleaning and maintenance of the swimming pool.
• Inspect property for hazardous conditions.
• Provide friendly service to residents.
