Job summary

AMLI Residential in Miami is seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper to maintain our luxury apartment community. This full-time, day-shift role offers 40 hours per week with no nights, supporting the beauty and safety of our property.

You will clean common areas, inspect lighting, prep vacant units, and care for the pool and outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate has at least one year in custodial work, physical stamina, and a detail-oriented, independent work style.

Qualifications

• Experience in custodial or cleaning for at least 1 year.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Independent worker with a keen eye for keeping the property clean and safe.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, amenities, and outdoor spaces daily.
• Inspect and replace exterior lighting as needed.
• Prepare vacants for new residents, ensuring spaces are fresh and odor-free.
