Job summary

FirstService Residential in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain exterior areas and keep the property clean. This full-time role follows a schedule of 8am–4:30pm, Monday to Friday, with potential weekend coverage.

You will cut grass, trim around trees, clear debris, assist with loading and unloading, and maintain equipment while following safety guidelines and OSHA/EPA rules. Strong customer service and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
• Experience using handheld tools such as weed cutter, push lawn mower, hedge trimmer, edger, leaf vacuum, blower.
• Multiple language fluency is desirable.
• Previous experience preferred.
• Must comply with OSHA and EPA guidelines concerning storage and use of chemical substances.
• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Cuts grass, maintains lawn, trims around trees, walkways and markers.
• Clears debris and maintains drives and walkways in safe condition.
• May be required to assist in the loading and unloading of supplies, equipment and/or merchandise.
• Maintains, services, cleans and properly stores equipment.
• Ability to properly utilize new equipment and follow safety procedures prior to using this equipment.
