Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in groundskeeping or landscaping preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular mowing, trimming, and edging of lawns and landscapes.
• Maintain and repair irrigation systems to ensure proper water distribution.
• Plant, transplant, and care for a variety of flowers, shrubs, and trees.
• Remove weeds, debris, and other unwanted vegetation.
• Perform seasonal clean-up and preparation tasks.
• Inspect and maintain all grounds equipment and tools.
• Collaborate with the facilities team to ensure the grounds are safe and attractive.
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
• Previous experience as a Groundskeeper or similar role preferred.
• Familiarity with lawn care equipment and techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
