Vantage Prime LLC, a leading commercial real estate company, is hiring a Groundskeeper to maintain our properties in Seattle, WA. This full-time position offers a salary range of $45,000 to $64,776 and benefits.

As a Groundskeeper, you will maintain lawns, gardens, and outdoor spaces, perform seasonal cleanups, and ensure all grounds are safe and attractive. You will also handle snow removal and other seasonal tasks.

You will work in a team environment at our properties in Seattle, WA. The role requires physical work and interaction with the public.

The salary range for this position is between $45,000 and $64,776 per year, which is competitive within the industry. Maintain and care for the exterior grounds of Vantage Prime LLC properties, ensuring they are clean, well-maintained, and aesthetically pleasing. Perform routine lawn care tasks, including mowing, edging, fertilizing, and watering. Trim trees, shrubs, and hedges to maintain a neat and attractive appearance. Remove debris, such as leaves, branches, and other waste materials, from the property. Monitor and maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper water distribution and conservation. High school diploma or equivalent experience. Previous experience as a groundskeeper or in a related field is preferred but not required. Familiarity with basic lawn care equipment and tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and appearance.
