Job summary

Qualifications

• High School GED or diploma required at hire.
• Two years of horticulture experience preferred.
• Ability to operate grounds equipment and perform basic maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain lawns, prune shrubs, and handle chemical fertilizers safely.
• Oversee sprinkler systems and snow/ice removal in designated areas.
• Coordinate with Lead Technician and contract laborers as needed.
• Keep accurate records for department operations and regulatory needs.
• Communicate updates to hospital staff about equipment status and projects.
