• Clean parking lots, curbs, entrances, and remove trash from grounds.
• Trim and prune trees and shrubs; perform light maintenance/painting as needed.
• Ensure safety by following procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Perform snow removal and salting of sidewalks and entrances.
• Other duties as assigned.
