Marrows, LLC is hiring 36 Groundskeeper/Laborer positions for a temporary, full‑time seasonal assignment from October 1, 2026 to July 31, 2027. The role requires daily onsite work in Walterboro, SC and travel to multiple surrounding counties.

Responsibilities include lawn care, debris removal, tree trimming, gardening tasks, and following SOC/OES 37‑3011 guidelines. Flexible hours with overtime and weekend work possible.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to provide proof of legal work authorization in the U.S.
• Physical ability to lift, balance, walk, stoop, handle, position, move, manipulate, and exert static strength for up to 40 lb.
• No minimum education required; on-the-job training provided.
• Willingness to work the entire duration and throughout all assigned areas.

Schedule & Compensation

• Standard schedule: Monday‑Friday 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM (40+ hours per week, overtime possible).
• Hourly wage: $18.21 / hr; overtime: $27.32 / hr.
• Weekly pay and potential raises or bonuses based on performance.
• Possible weekend/holiday work; hours may fluctuate due to weather, project needs, or commute.

Location & Transportation

Base address: 734 Phillips Road, Walterboro, SC 29488.

Employees will be transported daily between the pickup location and worksites across the following counties: Aiken, Allendale, Barnwell, Berkeley, Clarendon, Colleton, Dorchester, Orangeburg, Richland, and Sumter counties of SC; as well as selected areas in GA, Charleston, Columbia, and neighboring regions. Transportation and daily subsistence ($16.78‑$68.00 / day) are provided.
