Woda Cooper Companies, Inc. is seeking a Janitor/Groundskeeper for Atcheson Place Lofts in Columbus, OH.

You will maintain cleanliness, curb appeal and safety by performing routine janitorial duties, cleaning common areas, and assisting with light maintenance in a resident-focused community. Ideal candidates are 18+, have a high school diploma or GED, can read and speak English, and are comfortable handling cleaning chemicals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to read and speak English and follow oral and written directions.
• Experience working with cleaning chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Interact positively with residents and the public to enhance community image and retention.
• Maintain attractive appearance and curb appeal of the community.
• Complete grounds work: sweeping, light landscaping, snow removal as directed.
• Maintain clean common areas, bathrooms, amenities, and offices.
• Assist maintenance team with tasks as needed.
• Keep equipment and supplies in good condition.
