Greystar is seeking a Groundskeeper at Avignon Townhomes. You will help maintain grounds, entrances, and outdoor spaces, ensuring cleanliness and curb appeal. The role supports a service-driven team and requires physical work outdoors throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous groundskeeping experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs without assistance.
• Ability to work outside in different elements.
• Excellent communication skills: read, write and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain community spaces for cleanliness and curb appeal.
• Remove debris and trash from common areas and vacant units.
• Assist with turn/make-ready process for vacants.
• Ensure safety and proper use of tools and equipment.
• Distribute notices and communicate with residents as needed.
